To serve as a support vehicle for members by providing management, technical, and other related expertise.

To support and contribute to the general benefit and progress of the community.

Our Purpose

	Act as vehicle for African American businesses and the diversity of each community our stregnth.
	Promote economic development in Victor Valley communities.
	Provide focus on the needs of member businesses and communities.
	Inform members and communities of government issues or legislation that may affect them financially or socially.
	Support functions, organizations, educational facilities and individuals who are actively engaged in improving the business opportunities or social advancement in our communities.
	Provide the vehicle for member's business promotions and networking.
